Key differences:

  • java 21 not java 17
  • must download from latest not {neo4j-version} or anything
  • no need for annoying oracle jdk workaround in redhat/fedora.

I will do a separate PR for 5x to remove references to downloading stuff from latest.

key differences:
* must download from `{neo4j-version}` not `latest` now.
* no need for annoying oracle jdk workaround in redhat/fedora. Oracle
seem to have fixed that bug in multiple java versions 🤷‍♀️
